For those of you training with Rob in Afghanistan we'd like to be able to keep in touch with you as you progress through your Mixed Martial Arts Training- and welcome you to come check out the gym if you are ever in the Hampton Roads area (Chesapeake, Hampton,Norfolk, Newport News, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach), when you are safely back on USA soil!
